I've seen this eat up an opponent's board position many a time. Much more powerful than it reads, as with many circa-2000 walls when such creatures suddenly stopped completely sucking.
Great Wall, tons of combinations that can be used with this guy. Outstanding defense against horde decks, and at 2CC does a fine job against early beat down.
This will make you impervious to all attacks if you can manage to get out Eldrazi Monument.
Can't decide which is better - this or Wall of Omens ... Wall of Omens draw you a card, but this is better in terms of defense. Also, Unquestioned Authority makes this card ridiculous

One of the best walls in the game, IMHO. Very useful in its own, and great sinergy with a lot of other white enchantments. What 'bout Shield of Kaldra? Also, it is one of the few walls that really has flavor. Why do most walls are unable to block any number of creatures, when on the real (non-Magic) world, that's EXACTLY what they're made for? Well, aside from the obvious power issue.

Back in the old urza block I used to win a lot of games with this wall and a couple of Mother of Runes... until my friends started to hate me
This ability should be tagged unto every wall next to the text were it says walls cannot attack. So many years have they let this void in flavor and gameplay slide.
I'd really love to get my hands on several of these cards for my casual games. I have Palace Guards, which do a great job at what they do when they have a Spirit Mantle slapped down on them, but I prefer a cheaper costing, slightly tougher defender. Slap on one of many cards that gives this creature indestructibility/protection from creatures and your choice of reach or flying, and you have plenty of breathing room to work with.

As far as walls go, this is easily one of the best. Slap an Inviolability on it and your good to go.
