The grotesque artwork and text really captures the flavor of green/black, but there are better cards out there than this one.

It may not be the best card out there but for the price of either green or black mana, double land walk and a 3/2. Its not bad. Plenty of decks won't be able to block this creature when it comes into play.

Creakwood Liege and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth make this card amazingly effective for {(B/G)(B/G)(B/G)}. And if you're playing B/G, you're probably going to want those cards in your deck anyway.

A 3/2 for three mana that has two crappy abilities? Meh. Card would have been much better with a higher toughness, two is too low. If it can land walk through 2/5ths of the game, probably not even that, it should at least be able to withstand a Shock.

Stalker Hag can landwalk through a lot more than 2/5ths of decks. Remember that not all decks are monocolored. There are 32 different color identities that a deck can have (colorless, green, red-white, blue-black-green, etc.), and Stalker Hag is unblockable against 24 of them.
