This card becomes decently good once you realize you can abuse Necrotic Ooze/Experiment Kraj with it, and you could always give it Lifelink/run Personal Sanctuary. Just never give it Infect.
I dunno. I could definitely find uses for it.

Every card in Time Spiral was a throwback to at least one previously printed card.

This card references Wormwood Treefolk and was likely made a dryad given how many dryads have landwalk!
