Is it just me or is this a viable card in affinity decks?

Me Turn 1: Play land, drop Memnite, Ornithopter, and Signal Pest.
Opponent Turn 1: Play land.
Me Turn 2: Swing, play land and drop other artifact stuffs
Opponent Turn 2: Play land, Pyroclasm
Me Turn 3: This Card.

Seems like a viable way to deal with board wipes in affinity. Can return Steel Overseer, Vault Skirge, Signal Pest, Arcbound Ravager, Memnite, Ornithopter.

Also it is as cheap as or more cheap than most of the good board wipes in modern. Wrath of God, Infest, etc.
