Interesting. I assume the standard protocol is to return the land you tapped to get the mana for it? In the best circumstances it's pretty much a free critter. In the crazy combo of doom circumstances, laugh maniacally. And he's cool looking to boot! I'd like to have a beer with him.

The problem with this guy is this: he sort of has to be a modular card.
I understand just how cool the combos with this guy can be yes. But, if you never draw him, then just what do you do with all that extra land playing power?
Logically, what you ought do is have more moonfolk. But there is just one problem there: Moonfolk aren't that good as a general rule. Floodbringer, Moonbow Illusionist, Oboro Breezecaller, Oboro Envoy, and the rest of the Soratami are about your only options.
So, either risk not drawing him and having a bunch of usles land play cards on the field, or worse, fill your deck up with sub par cards. (A pitty, the soratami were so cool too)
But, even without the combo, he's still a decent card. And perhaps there is a chance that someone could put together a way to make it work that I didn't see.
Meloku with a Worldslayer. It's nice when all your lands can save themselves. Maybe drop a Reliquary Tower during your postcombat main phase (as your land drop, of course) so you can keep that stockpile of lands.

Use his tokens with Grand Architect for massive mana acceleration!
Descendant of Masumaro. End of opponent's turn, bounce all your land. Start of your turn, add like 10 counters and attack with massive Descendant (hopefully with evasion thrown on him) and an army of flying weenies.

Bounce your own lands, then play them again to trigger Hedron Crab.

I used to think this guy was not too good, but to think about it there are now a lot of things that can make him very useful (landfall decks, illusion tribal, Fastbond, and so on).
Plus, he's a flyer that can take a bolt to the face and live.
Most Moonfolk are utter shit, this one is by far the most useful, unless you count Tamiyo the Planeswalker.

I have a new meloku edh thats pretty boss.
Goes well with adaptive automaton and konda's banner, as well as the aforementioned mist and lord of the unreal. I have also experienced great results with favorable winds.
Please post additionally utility, it is still a few combos short.

There's (Ovenomancer) and Uyo, Silent Prophet but, still.
