This gives you a significant advantage in a game. My logic is that if the wanted to attack they would do so.

Now they have to attack regardless. It is usually advantageous to be on the defending side of combat.

just think, if it is just two people playing. Play this on your opponent and play Hissing Miasma

Like Lure but not dependent on your own creatures. Not bad.

The card is utter meh, but I'll say... the artwork on this thing is amazing.

Anyone think Norn's Annex would start making more non-White players cack their pants?

This can be really good in EDH. Takes care of a lot of decks that look to build things up to get going (see Kresh the Bloodbraided), forces less aggressive commanders to attack, and it forces other players to start hating on that player or start losing life. Give it a go!

this one looks to me, like the worst of the curses, it makes your opponent swing constantly, so unless theyre doing control, that doesnt seem to matter much. I mean, if they play creatures, generally, dont they usually INTEND to swing anyway? and if its a utility creature, they tap, so this cant force them to swing with those. I just think its a little narrow in use, but Im probably not seeing the big picture, so I dont really think its a BAD card, but I guess it just doesnt work for me.

Stock up on lower costing, high power, cheap red creatures homicidal brute, ashmouth hound. Force your opponent's higher costing baddies to be blocked by them. It's effective, and likely to be a game mechanic your opponent wasn't ready to cope with.

@Splizer
If there is a cost associated with attacking you can't be forced to pay it to fulfill 'Attacks each turn in able' type abilities.

This work really well with a vamp deck. Keeps defending creatures from blocking so I can stack 1+/1+ tokens.

Severely undervalued in vampire decks it seems, first off vampires are aggro and having your opponent have no blocker is a big deal, if you are running aggro right they will die first. Paired with curse of stalked prey and some Markov blademasters the game will be in the bag most of the time. Not to mention night hawks and stromkirk captain are in standard right now to give you a wall of first strike, deathtouch life linkers that this curse literally feeds, solid curse for a solid aggro. 4/5

Not bad. The idea is that either your deck is faster than theirs (so both of you swinging for the fences is fine) or that you get to be on the defensive but with the advantage of eating anything small. Typically I'd let that happen to gain immediate card advantage. Tribes with low toughness relying on lords (most of them) will be forced to swing with their lord; which you eat and you may well eat the rest of their stuff as well.

EDH politics? also follow with Sunblast Angel.

Block it with your Gideon's Avenger

EDIT: I've played this in a R/W enchantment deck. This and Sphere of Safety combo so well in a Multiplayer game. Your opponent has to attack each turn, and if they don't have the many to send the creatures at you, they have to attack each other. I play a lot of three ways in my group of friends and getting this on both of my opponents with the Sphere of Safety out is usually an instant win for me. They are always tapped out, and never attacking me with much.

To announce and initiate the hunt, organizers hired some goblin diplomats.

This effect can sound really intimidating/unwieldy at first or if you're a new player, because it might seem like a "double-edged sword". In reality, the only situation in which this can benefit your opponent is if your opponent sucks at Magic.

If your opponent wanted to attack, he would do so regardless of this card. There are plenty of situations in which he would not want to attack, at least not with all his creatures, and that's where this card shines.
