Critical sliver as it mana ramps and mana fixes too.

This card is just plain silly.

I lol'd.
Utopia tree does not compare. And in most cases this still beats BoP. Seeing as other slivers buff it and it can easily gain haste, Tapping down the same turn. It's a staple for slivers.

Very good Sliver. Mana-Fixing solution and ramps into Sliver Legend on turn 3

That's awesome, a 1/1 green creature makes other slivers also tap for any color mana, if you have a sliver on turn 1 and play this on turn 2 you can still tap the original for a mana. Even if you aren't playing an all sliver deck that's pretty decent.

Why is this common? Even by itself it can produce any kind of mana. This is just cruel

Slivers should be banned like wth with all of their crazy abilities that make all of them crazy strong. My friend has a sliver deck and when he gets gemhide sliver out then he gets out all his other slivers like might sliver, bonesplitter sliver, cryptic sliver, ect he then uses distant melody in order to draw EVEN MORE SLIVERS and tap all of his pre-existing slivers to play all the slivers he just drew! wth should be banned

How can you build a Sliver deck without four of these?
I'd like to see a throwdown between a bunch of Allies and a bunch of Slivers...in Emperor Format...

this is the second highest rated sliver in the game, for good reason

smiten, you can't ban a card - much less a entire, popular tribe - just because you keep getting beaten by them.
Sliver decks are extra-weak to removal because of how they work. Just keep breaking them down before they have a chance to build up. Mass removal is also a must for those times when they outpace you (or get a Crystalline Sliver out there).
As long as you know you're facing a sliver deck it's easy enough to combat them. If you destroy aggressively and never let them establish a foothold (Which they do very very fast) then you can beat them.

When you play slivers you want to drop this asap. When you play against slivers you need to kill this asap.
And even without more of his kin this is Birds of Paradise and you can't really go wrong with more mana ramp/fix.

This has one me so many games... probably the best sliver (not includng the would-be mythics) , and defenitely the best sliver common.

It's good but I never use one. I pretty much use R/G if I go slivers. You get enough buffs, unblockable-ness, double strike etc.. that you usually are pulling 20 damage too quick for opponents to react anyway. Without spamming removal or a mass removal device I think getting overly complex with slivers is a waste.
Just ramp up and beat em to death. 3.5/5. I have no need for utility slivers.

Run 4 and one or two Hivestones in any non-sliver deck. Hilarity ensues.

Artificial Evolution for giggles in any tribal deck. And if you're playing against Slivers and you see this hit the table then get rid of it at any cost, nuke it with Wrath of God if you have to.

Something some people don't think about, this card is good OUTSIDE of sliver decks as well. In any deck running green and one or more other colors, this guy is great. Sure, he's no first-turn BoP, but he still taps for any color, and can be played on T2.

I honestly can't even begin to imagine how they could have thought this would be fair. I mean, with Heart Sliver, you can basically dump your hand in one turn. And with Wild Pair, your whole deck.

Second turn, mountain, gemhide sliver.
Third turn, swamp, SLIVER OVERLORD.
Always fun. The rest of the game should be cakewalk. I recommend searching for shroud sliver soonest, though.
5/5 for utility and ramp.
