Staple for Sliver decks. Giving all your creatures haste is nothing to scoff at. Doing it on turn two is just incredible.

Not strictly superior to reflex, as there is a difference in p/t and color. Definitely better though, and hilarious when you use this and a gemhide to play a couple of extra slivers per turn.

This guy is pretty sick. I play him in my blue/red sliver deck, and he is awesome for getting damage quickly. Turn 4 win with the right hand: This guy on turn 2 for 1 damage, Blade Sliver on turn 3 for 5 damage, Bonesplitter Sliver on turn 4 for 14 damage and win. Of course, you usually end up taking longer and Lightning Bolting or bouncing opponents creatures, needing Winged Sliver or Shifting Sliver for evasion, etc.
