this card is alot better then it looks, a free 0/1 without losing any cards

With Avenger of Zendikar, a Ruin Ghost, and this you can make a steady increase in your army of growing 0/1 plants.

A very decent card, especially in mono green, or g/w where tokens are popular or cards like juniper order ranger.

This is cool, especially with all the fun you can have with stuff like the landfall Giant growth and teetering peeks. Swing with a 6/5 Plant token on turn 2? Yes please! (and I did it, too!)

Great card for UG landfall decks. Combo this with Living Tsunami and watch it go.

I'll never play without it.

Simply awesome. Getting a creature without card disadvantage for this slight mana disadvantage is incredibly cheap. This is like having a 0/1 Elvish Visionary for . You won't get tokens that easy normally - saccing a creature normally equates to more than just a single mana.
Whether you use Polymorph in an otherwise creatureless deck or just Natural Order, getting out a Progenitus gets much easier with this card.
I prefer this one to Dryad Arbor. In most cases it will be more profitable. Your opponent certainly won't want to use a removal spell on your 0/1 Plant.
Oh, and you can flicker that one with Ruin Ghost for example to produce even more Plants.

I don't know if it's really tournament quality, but running this in an Overrun deck with Bestial Menace and Avenger of Zendikar is a lot of fun a good way to lose some friends.

Card advantage, in a nutshell. Out of all the ten Zendikar/Worldwake EtB tapped lands, this is my favorite. Only Halimar Depths is even close.

@sir_dwar it wouldn't be a 6/5 it would be a 5/4, cheater.

I thought it would be nice in a green ramp/ Avenger of Zendikar deck, but it mostly only dropped the tempo.
You guys have all come up with awesome uses for it though :)

in limited once I got turn 1 khalni garden, turn 2 attack, double groundswell it. 8/9 plant token on turn 2 for the win!
You can see why I like this card a lot in limited. I'm not sure about constructed, though.I guess it beats a forest, except you can't fetch it w/ a rainforest or catacombs.

A lot better than it looks. That 0/1 plant has saved me many times. It gives me things to sacrifice to an Eldrazi annihilator effect, gives me chump blockers against infect creatures, and in rare cases, gets pumped by my Avenger of Zendikar.

There is no reason for monogreen not to run 3 or 4 in place of some forests. it provides either a chump blocker early game to buy you a turn against aggro, or a free body for overwhelming stampede later on. And it still can produce green mana. Too bad arbor elf can't untap it though...
All in all, a solid common. I give it 4 stars, which may be high, but I really want to see more useful commons in the future.

Love this in my Mass Polymorph deck. Turn 1 token? Yes please!

One time, I was playing an Elemental deck against a friend. I got this out, brought out the plant token. Then, the following turn, I would bounce it with one of the Ravinica dual-lands, and bring it back. He got mana screwed, and I managed to kill him with three 3/4 plant tokens with Coat of Arms.

No one's mentioned Khalni Hydra yet? This card basically represents two mana for the Hydra on its own - one from what it produces and one from the Hydra's green-creature-based cost reduction.

I don't think this card is -quite- as great as people say; though I gave it a 5/5 for sheer unbeatable functionality in a non-basic land, and I can't quite say there's ever a green deck I've seen that shouldn't run it. And, as previously mentioned, it does combo nicely, albeit slowly, with the Ravnica bounce-lands.
People keep pointing out that it's a "free" 0/1. It's not. Since it comes into play tapped, it's a forced G for a 0/1; you do lose aggressive momentum that makes it a very poor late-game land drop under most conditions.

This is my least favorite of the ETB land cards, maybe its me but I definitely like Halimar Depths better, and even Kabira Crossroads more. Maybe, I haven't given it a chance.

It's a free chump block, it buffers your "real" creatures against "target player sacrifices a creature" effects, and it can attack. That last one doesn't come in handy often, but...

actually, it makes a better lategame topdeck than most other lands where you don't need the mana anyway. not like a 0/1 makes much of a difference, but it's still value.
