It's not half bad, but it's forcing you to cast a 2/2 bear along with your essence scatter.

I'm not sure how I feel about this card. I really disliked Geist Snatch in the Innistrad Block, but the 2/2 Illusion token is a lot more useful in the context of Jace's deck.
Vraska's deck runs far more creature spells than non-creature spells, so I wouldn't be surprised if this card ended up being fairly useful in the long run. Only time will tell, I suppose.
