3 cards for U with no drawbacks just can't be bad.

Limited Bomb, that's for sure. I like how it's well balanced at Sorcery speed. It's nice to see Wizards getting players to think before playing a spell instead of just doing things at the end of an opponent's turn because that's the best possible option all the time. It's cards like this and the Level Up mechanic that gets me excited about this set.

Certainly not for control decks. Great for Eldrazi spawn decks digging for Kozilek. Or if you have seven mana, do it before a Hellion Eruption and lose the drawback.

My Blue decks dont play enough creatures for this one, nice common, though!

The first time I read this, I thought it said "Untap 4 creatures" and I was thinking, "OH MY GOD!!!"

@ laguz yes.
especially since blue doesn't even have spawn token producing.. anything. this is only good if you're splashing blue with green or red or something and only in limited.

This reminds me of Sky Hussar's forecast cost. Remeber that this might be cheap card advantage regarding mana cost, but tapping four creatures is a huge requirement. Unless you have a bunch of token-máss creating spells like Skittering Invasion, this card can easily become a dead card. The worst part is that it is a sorcery, so you can't cast it after you opponent's combat phase to tap some of your blockers - since you'd have to relinquish four potential attackers this card isn't advicable in a regular creature-based deck without tokens.

A fully leveled Echo Mage thinks you draw nine cards...
Skittering Invasion thinks you can laugh at the requirments...
and Mind Spring would love to draw you an extra five from the tapped tokens
that's 14 cards if you played the invasion on the previous turn...
don't know what you'd do with 14 cards but...
hey, you did it
Best G/U draw spell I've seen. Things seem to be pushing for G/U to make a showing soon, and this is a great draw spell for it.

Draw card that need a combo to be good? See beyond is way better. At most I can see it getting play when combined with Day of Judgment. In reality most blue decks don't play alot of creatures. Having 4 creatures out would be a rare sight. In additon it leaves you extremely exposed. U/G helps this card a bit but its still not worth it compared to other draw spells.

Four creatures. Four. Why not three? It would only make more sense from both the playability and flavor standpoint. And it's a sorcery. Man, screw this card.

Is this is some kind of sick joke ? "You want a Acestrall Recall ? You want a Acestrall Recall do you ?! well screw you ! "

@laguz
Indeed.
Why do people automatically love blue draw spells? I have a merfolk deck that regularly has creatures just sitting around, and I still wouldn't run this. Also, do Eldrazi decks even use blue? The only colors I've seen that have decent spawn generators are Jund shard.

Maybe I don't get it, but I think this is a pretty bad card. Regardless of how nice getting 3 cards for one mana is, or that some decks have creatures just sitting around, the fact remains that this card is unplayable if you have 3 or less creatures in play. This means that if your creatures get wiped out and you NEED card draw to replace them, this card will be dead in your hand. Then again I may be missing something.

This reminds me strongly of Idle Thoughts. Not for what it does, but for having a restriction that makes you wish the card was in another color.
Still, I like it. It's more narrow in its applications but no less rewarding than an Ancestral Recall

this card looks like a potential restriction one day in vintage, just like ancestral/ponder/brain. you heard it from here first lulz. although 4 creatures is pretty rough

My first impressions of this card were way off. Its a difficult card to use. The additional cost is like a forced Convoke, so this feels like it costs 5 mana in the merfolk deck I tried it out in. This would best be used in a deck where creatures cost no mana at all, in other words, affinity... Chuck out four free creatures on the first turn, play an island, draw 3 cards! Sure, why not. Sounds good.

Presumably, you're doing well if you have four creatures on the board that you can afford to tap down for a turn. If that's the case, this card is definitely "win more".
This card is like Fools Gold.. it looks too good to be true, but it's just extremely narrow. And unlike Ancestral Visions, you can't even cheat it into play like you could with snapcaster mage or cascade or w/e

Much harder to use than it looks. Great with Leyline of Anticipation or similar cards as it mostly nullifies the drawback.
The mix of those and a Lullmage control deck seems plausible.

@djflo: No, you're on to something. Four Gelectrodes out. You cast this. As an additional cost (so before you cast it, not afterwards), you tap the Gelectrodes. Now that the spell is cast and on the stack, the Gelectrodes get a chance to trigger and go "HEY! You played a sorcery! I'm going to untap now!". The Gelectrodes untap and if all goes as planned, your spell resolves and the stack is empty.
Granted, getting every Gelectrode in your deck is really hard. I'd rather run this with Teferi, Quicken or Leyline of Anticipation.

EDIT: This is a stupid idea; they will only untap before the spell resolves. Derp.

Sorcery speed makes it suck pretty bad IMO.
