Not much more to comment on. It's a good draw spell, but shuffling into the library instead of simply discarding makes it obviously worse for some decks, which is especially apparent as we've recently moved on from Innistrad block.

I'm not sure, exactly, why this card is in the Chaos Reigns deck. It's strategy, ostensibly, involves ramping up to a huge Cascade spell. So... is this for shuffling non-ramping cards? It certainly isn't to get rid of extra lands. You want those. And the shuffle effect seems contrary to Cascade manipulating. Is it to hide expensive Cascade cards for later? That seems risky. The obvious replacement would be Ponder.

As mentioned, some decks have cards they don't want to draw (if you intend to Tinker for it or something, say.) This card is great for those.

Very disappointed to notice that this is card neutral. I always forgot about the filter part when looking at it for decks.
Still decent as a digger, but if it's neutral and 2 mana then I figure it should be instant (in this case anyway.) It'd be blue's on-par with Altar's Reap; I.E. slightly better since it'd be easier to use. As is, it's ok, but I can see why i get a bunch of them free with some of the singles I buy.
