Wizards, Metalcraft has plenty of logical applications. See Galvanic Blast and Auriok Edgewright. Tying an Unsummon to a flying sea monster because there happens to be a lot of metal around is not one of them.

Makes a lot of sense, when in a heavy artifact non-creature deck. It can be very useful to either keep you alive through bouncing & blocking, or bounce you're own cheap artifacts to build up more counters. Main Deck 60 cards
