2 mana for a 3/2 shroud... pretty good deal to me...

But I'd rather it have opponent-shroud. Otherwise it dies to the first bear it goes up against. Good? yeah. 4 stars? meh.

play it early, enchant it with powerful cards, then play a multicolor permanent(possibly one of the enchantments). Mayael's Aria can also make it stronger later on, and because it has shroud you can keep it alive for the other effects of Mayael's Aria.

Shroud almost hurts this more than it helps it. Not really a useful card any time after turn 3. Topdecking this late game would be useless.

Runes of the Deus makes it a 5/4 double strike shroud trample. Practical? Probably not. Funny? Heck yes.

the problem Fog Raider is that while runes makes it better, by then if you are playing a multicolored deck, it is likely you already have another multi-colored permenant in play Shield of the Oversoul or Scourge of the Nobilis is a better choice

These may be seriously some of the most under rated cards in the game right now, along with grixis grim blade that has death touch. For one thing, the getting a multi colored permanent into play is extremely easy when we are talking shards of alara, and in the case of naya in particular, one trace of abundance on any land gives all your naya hushblades shroud. Now, at first, a lot of people point out.. hey, its shroud from any spell and ability not just opponents. There are several cards that can boost across the board even with that drawback. Have a thoctar, one naya hushblade, and mayael's aria on the field? You get a bigger shroud creature every turn. Ajani goldmane also fantastic for buffing them. If nothing else any of the lorwyn 2 color enchantments in the right colors, for example a shield of the oversoul makes naya hushblade a 5/4 indestructible, flying, shroud, on turn 3. Any card that can turn into that sort of powerhouse on turn 3 deserves a higher rating, 5/5.
A great comparison is that its a 3/2 shroud watchwolf, another green white thats 3/3 for w/g, but this can also have shroud. You could play them together in the same deck and your watchwolf would give your naya hushblade shroud.

If this is your first multicolored permanent you could give it a multicolored demigod enchant, which would not only keep it from having shroud just long enough to get the enchant on, it'll also make it a 5/4, putting it over the Naya 5 power threshold, protect itself from being destroyed/exiled/unsummoned, and gives it trample/double strike, indestructible/flying, or lifelink/firebreathing. Not a game-winning combo, nor is it reliable, but all the cards involved work fine without each other, and it's fairly cheap to pull off (the exception being using Runes of the Deus; it's not cheap and it is pretty close to game-winning. A creature with shroud and trample attacking for 10 or more each turn is not easy to deal with.)

Naya Hushblade is one of the most elegant cards in the game. Play it turn two and follow with Shield of the Oversoul for a turn three 5/4 flying shroud indestructible. Twist my arm, ya know?!
@ Cheza
It should be
Esper => Flying
Bant => Shroud
Naya => First Strike
Jund => HASTE
Grixis => DEATHTOUCH
Not the other way around from Grixis and Jund but yeah this should have First Strike and Bant Sureblade should have Shroud

Shroud is a static ability of players or permanents. A player or permanent with shroud cannot be the target of spells or abilities (EVEN HIS OR HER OWN).
So as asmallcat has pointed out... she can only be boosted by non-targeted spells and effects

I use these as well as the Bant Sureblades in a mostly Green/White block deck. I combine with the Knight of New Alara to make the Naya Hushblades and the Bant Sureblades 6/5s. Personally, I love this card

@Cheza and Rikiaz As far as I can tell you guys are being schizophrenic. You are happy with Esper being flying, which bakes sense for Blue, but not for hybrid White/Black You want Bant to have shroud, which makes sense for hybrid Green/Blue but not for White You want Naya to have first strike which makes sense for hybrid Red/White, but not for Green For Jund, one of you wants haste for the Red, and one of you wants Deathtouch for the hybrid Green/Black For Grixis, one of you wants deathtouch for the Black and one of you wants haste for...hybrid Blue/Red?! Rikiaz: you are at 3 for base, 2 for hybrid Cheza: you are at 1 for base, 3 for hybrid, and 1 non-sequitur The designers decided they wanted the base ability to matter, and thus gave each of these cards the a base color ability, which makes sense, since they have the shard in their name, and the shards are really about celebrating the base colors, and tolerating the supporting colors.

probably the worst of the cycle, aside from maybe jund hackblade, though I suppose that's not saying much since it's still decent.
Shroud is only really useful for big fatties/high mana bombs so they're protected from removal, which is more or less the only way to deal with them. In most cases your opponent isn't going to waste a removal on this guy, since a 3/2, while good, dies to most any creature anyway.

What's nice about this lady is fact that once she get's her boost, she is really hard to handle (for your opponent). In the best case, you're gonna activate her ability with multicolored aura, Shield of the Oversoul seem to be the best one for this job, because you get a huge body, evasion and shroud with indestructibility... which means there are only few ways to kill it. What's even better is that it can be pulled in turn 3, and it's not really a god hand...
But most of the time people get rid of them as we try to enchant it, or just exile it. Indestructible isn't enough, only Uril stay on the board, (and sadly is a legendary).
A cheap gold creature with hexproof is what this deck need.

704. State-Based Actions
"704.5n If an Aura is attached to an illegal object or player, or is not attached to an object or player, that Aura is put into its owner's graveyard."
So you play Naya Hushblade. Next turn, you put Shield of the Oversoul on it. The next time state-based actions are checked, Shield of the Oversoul would go to your graveyard because Naya Hushblade is now an illegal object.

P.S. "illegal object" made me think she must only be like 15 " You clearly do not understand the rules. She has shroud once the aura, (played on turn three) enters the battlefield. The Aura no longer targets her, so as long as you control no other multicolored permanents when casting it, it's perfectly fine otherwise Robe of Mirrors and the like would have rules text, (or at the very least oracle text) akin to White Ward. So no you are not "rite," and are downvoting helpful comments that should be in top comments because they are informative.

and this would be my forever favorite card.
I was working a Green/white/red deck based mostly on the gold enchant creature.
Shield of oversoul
Scourge of the nobilis
Was using Marisi's twinclawsmeglonoth and Uril, the mistalker
But most of the time people get rid of them as we try to enchant it, or just exile it. Indestructible isn't enough, only Uril stay on the board, (and sadly is a legendary).
Can dig for Privileged position and Glittering Wish to make it work, but that just slow the deck and it get less effective.
