works well with first strike / evasive creatures who didn't take any damage.

Really good card, very under used.

Oh man, use this with an unblockable creature and Nature's Will. If your opponent can't kill the creature or the enchant, its game over.

USe with master warcraft to get double use out of it and a possible game winner.

Better version of Relentless Assault

Retrace makes it infinitely better. It's one thing to dominate combat for a turn, but to dominate combat with every single one of your useless land draws in the late game is nothing short of spectacular.
The reason why this wins in my book is because it can be played in mono white decks. Exalted already have Finest Hour, but imagine Soldiers or Knights with this.

For an alternative to Nature's Will in Kenji18's combo use Bear Umbra. I prefer it personally but either one works. Edit- Actually Aggravated Assault might work better than Waves in the combo too.
I prefer Relentless Assault. 1 mana cheaper means you can get that double swing, or finisher in most cases, a turn earlier, slipping past the 4 cmc board sweepers.

How is this not rated higher? Play it,and anytime afterwards, if you draw a land, you basically drew this card again. For 1 more CMC than Relentless Assault, and better splashability, that's a pretty great deal.

More to the point, playable in mono-white. o_O.
