Goblin tribal card is good in general. Graveyard recursion for B is solid. Awesome art just makes it better.

Don't forget: It can pull up non-creature goblin spells.
Not strictly worse than Raise Dead in an all-goblin deck, or in a deck with any goblin tribal spells.
