I don't exactly know why this card is blue since cards that deal with enchantments (aside from the Magemark cycle) are normally either green or white. Vigilance is also a typical white ability as well. But the name gives this card its blue flavor nonetheless.

I think this is another amazing weird spell from Planar Chaos. It almost combines Ancestral Mask and Vigilance.
In a deck this would be amazing, especially with Rancor.

Casual pauper tournament, 4 uncommons allowed, I ran two of these. Put it on a Jodah's avenger as well as some leaden fists, blew all the other decks right out of the water. The key here is mono blue vigilance, such good ability.

also known as "Card Disadvantage Mask". what could be bad about putting as many auras as I can onto a single creature? oh right, doom blade, terminate, wrath...
The problem with cards like these is how easily the creature can be removed. That's why I stopped playing Jund decks. Investing all that mana and all those creatures, just to watch your opponent spend a measly 2 mana to Doomblade your creation was maddening. I know you can attach a Whispersilk Cloak, if your opponent does not have the sense to Naturalize the cloak and then Doomblade your monster.
It's the same concept here - this would have been great, especially in Rise of the Eldrazi where aura's are plentiful, but removal keeps decks like the one this would be in from being serious in a match.

I like how having 4 of these on a creature gives it +32/+32 and +8/+8 for any additional enchantment.
Usually my first or second fetch when playing my Zur Commander deck. Combo's very well with this armor.

Power-wise this is the strongest aura hexproof deck can ask for. And giving vigilance to your huge hexproof/lifelink/firststrike/flying guy isn't irrelevant either.

Its a little expensive, but you can get +4/+4 on the swing with vigilance. So basically it gives a non-flying serra angel to your next attack, with potential to be stronger.
