Give him anything that raises toughness. Manage that and you have what is essentially a set-cost Earthquake every turn. I see a lot of potential in this card, especially with lifelinking combos, as was said above.
This + Obsidian Battle-Axe = Triple profit (haste, survival & free equip)

Obsidian Battle-Axe is definitely a card. At 6 mana this thing ain't exactly cheap though. Maybe playable in a Giant/Warrior deck of some de***ion? One should definitely consider Inferno Titan instead of this depending on your deck.
