I love this card with others like Glimmervoid...

This card is great against the right deck. Rupture Spire and Lotus Vale are good examples of the land you want to steal. Basically, you can use it to take all your opponent's nonbasic land, and the splice ability makes it easy to reuse.

The card is almost useless against a mono-color deck, and it's usefulness is greatly diminished if your opponent is playing completely different colors than you. 2.5/5

Here, take Sorrow's Path. You'll love it, honestly.

Now, where'd I put that Icy Manipulator...

Also could be fun in EDH, where all the cool lands turn up.

Helps color screwing your opponent and assembling all 5 colors of mana for yourself. Not necessarily a bad card.

Interesting card, obviously overcosted like basically every Kamigawa block card. So many interesting effects that were costed so conservatively that it is hard to cast them at the casual table and be taken seriously.

Give them a Rainbow Vale.
