Painter's Servant will affect you as well. Sleight of Mind to change "red" to whatever color your opponent is playing is better.

Actually, do NOT run with Painter's Servant. That would make Justice red. If Justice it red, and ANYTHING deals damage, infinite loop to you seeing as that you control Justice.

It doesn't loop with Painter's Servant, because it only affects damage from creatures or spells, and Justice is neither. You'd need Opalescence to kill yourself with this.
