It's okay. It seems this card aged pretty bad, but this'll still be decent if your opponent is low on HP and charging you.

Funniest way to use this: cast it on an unblocked Phage the Untouchable whose controller has 4 or less life.

Phage's instakill ability is triggered, but the opponent would die from lethal damage as a state-based action. So the game would actually end before Phage killed you.
