One of the most under-rated spells in the history of Magic. Sleight lets you abuse virtually every color-hatred spell in the game, as well as changing protection colors on creatures, artifacts... the list of possibilities is endless.

The simplest use I can think of for this one is to adapt your color hate spells (circles of protection, elemental blasts, etc.) to every situation, but I'm sure Johnnies out there would have more rewarding uses to put it to. See also the strictly better Mind Bend which offers more flexibility, and Glamerdye which costs more but is retraceable.

@Trygon_Predator: Mind Bend is totally not strictly better than this. I wouldn't even say it was abstractly better. Sleight of Mind can target spells as well as permanents. Mind Bend does have the basic land thing, though. They're simply different.
Either way, they're both great. You can tell any color to Chill.
