Gorgeous. At worst, 3 mana spent to look for ANY land, and pure upside if someone is mana-screwed, someone's greedy, or if your table simply can't cooperate.

Tempt with Trees is by far my favorite of the temptations.

Any deck running G and Cabal Coffers/Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth should run this-
if even one opponent takes your "offer", you get both pieces of the combo.
A second taker will allow you a Deserted Temple (where this in Modern Frame?!) or a Thespian's Stage.

In the right deck, this is game-ending.

I search for Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx just like the past 200 games :)

The best Tempt printed by a gigantic long shot. There's "practically" no downside to being tempted, so opponent's will use it more, and last of all, at 4 mana it's dirt cheap to cast for it's effect. Scapeshift, Crop Rotation, and Knight of the Reliquary cost lands. Primeval titan is banned. There's no reason to not run this in green EDH, ever. The deal only gets better if you have a black package for that nice Cabal coffers.

As far as I'm concerned, only Tempt with Vengeance beats this. We already have Expedition Map performing the task without any colors needed and with only three mana so this nifty little card is bound to come second in that race. This has it's ups and downs though. For instance a player who's not that familiar with using lands or just doesn't have any insight on your deck possibly filled with yummy lands, might just take the bait. It's improbable but possible. Then again the downside is that your enemies might very well have some game altering lands in their decks which you are not aware of etc. Expedition map does the job, is easily reusable with f.e. Sun Titan or Trading Post so.. long story short, use both.

Nope. At worst, all your opponents get strip mine and blow up the 3 best lands that you tutor for.

the best tempting offer. no opponent would ever turn this thing down, especially on turn 4. people just don't like putting themselves behind.

People don't seem to get that Tempting Offer is a drawback. Yes, if your friends are nice they'll let you fetch up another strong land, but either they're getting a really good land too, or they're going to wise up to the fact that your lands are better and stop doing it. And without anyone taking the Offer, this is a strictly worse Reap and Sow.

Get strip mine, ghost quarter, tectonic edge and blow their best lands. Happy land hunting

"this is a strictly worse Reap and Sow"

No, this is a second Reap and Sow, which matters in EDH.

Doesn't say basic, would be worth playing even if it only ever found you one land purely because of this.
