Really good for combo decks, expecially in elves-decks, maybe others. Yeah. Not so bad, really good.

Created to break a Stasis lock. Does it's job, even with Kismet on the field. Green was the color best enabled to deal with Stasis in this part of Magic's history.
Also a key card in low land count (8-11) Stompy decks.

WIth a Sakura-Tribe Scout, it's an infinite Landfall combo. Have fun! xD

@ Snaxme You can only activate its ability once per turn. Tap the scout to drop a land into play, return the land, untap to play again, but it ends there due to its restrictions of once per turn. Still 2 land drops off a basic land, but not infinite.

This is where Kes from Star Trek Voyager went after she left the show.
Rofellos is her Boyfriend, she also switch hits with Priest and is known to be free spirited with a certain Druid.

Ummm... Snaxme, it's only once per turn. I guess it's infinite in that you can do it every turn, but you can't make Steppe Lynx a 10000/10001, for example.
Also try with Skyshroud Ranger which isn't at instant speed like Sakura-Tribe Scout, but is an elf, promoting tribal synergy.
She's okay for a one-drop, and she does her job of killing stasis, but there are generally better options. I could see her being used in a landfall deck over some others.

I didn't manage to draw the god hand in my cube draft, but the mere potential of it was glorious.
You can get an amazing amount of utility out of this innocuous li'l lady.
For one, she can provide an extra mana on turns where you haven't played a land. You can tap all your forests for mana, bounce one with her, then replay it and tap for one more. If she's untapping something like a Llanowar Elves, though... that's even more mana. With a mana elf to help, she can help you pull five mana out of two lands!
That's just keeping in green, mind you. You can get all sorts of bad craziness if you're playing multiple colours. Imagine, all of this potential from a 1-drop made to combat Stasis!

And Birds of Paradise..

* Turn 1 forest, Boreal Druid or Elves of Deep Shadow
* Turn 2 forest, Priestess of Titania, this
* Turn 3 tap everything, untap the priestess with this, replay and tap forest, Artisan of Kozilek
I love cube draft.

That's thinking small, though. She gets absolutely ridiculous with something like Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary or Priest of Titania. Let's also not forget powerful utility creatures like Ulvenwald Tracker and Elvish Piper!
