If you're looking for a cantrip version, there's Quickchange, which is ueot and restricted to creatures.
This is one of the best color-changing spells as of now, and sadly one of only a few somewhat useful ones. Targeting a (basic) land makes this a very reliable effect, and as a instant for , it's a nice combo piece that can be used immediately on turn one. It synergizes wonderfully with - and curves nicely into - Bloom Tender.

How can Moonlace be used more offensively? This one seems more offensive to me when used in conjunction with Blessing of the Nephilim or Might of the Nephilim.
