at least it cantrips. Play it only against protection or intimidate/fear based decks in casual.

That picture is slightly disturbing.

"Slightly disturbing"? Clearly the art is a cleverly disguised cultural nod to Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze.

Was that too narrow? Probably.

Can make things 5 color for Coalition Victory, or just "cycle" to help flush to it. Could be worse really.

It can also be used to hose kill spells that specify nonblack creatures which is quite a few.

Yeah, a scene from Ghost! Except four other ghosts wanted to watch this time. Hot!

Well, it could be viewed as a 2 cost counterspell that draws you a card. Doomblade? I don't think so my friend! Boo yah!

Regarding the artwork and the flavor behind it:
Consider that if you decide to give her all five colors, she'll get a sweet ghostly group hug! :D

This could have been a decent color-changing blue spell for once if the cost were Blue only.
They are usually just underwhelming, although I'd say this one is still one of the better ones. (Prismatic Lace is probably still one of the most useful.)

And I've still seen someone running a singleton of this in a deck with Might of the Nephilim and Bloom Tender to some effectiveness. Blessing of the Nephilim should work nicely as well (e.g. on a Slippery Bogle or Geist of Saint Traft).

I like how she has one ghostly "suit" for each of the five colours.

Also note how each of the five "suits" correspond to one of five Ravnican guilds. The Blue one corresponds to Dimir, the Black one to Orhzov, the White one to Selesnya, the Red one to Rakdos (I think...), and the Green one that she's "putting on" corresponds to Golgari. Apparently, this mage specialises in partially Black guilds!

I'm perfectly okay with what's going on in that art. In fact, I'm a bit aroused by it. Why? Beats me, but that's the way things are.
