IMO the best haste-giving sorcery. See my comment on Keldon Marauders.

Very playable because of the cost; makes any big guy an instant threat. Put this on someone with Double Strike (ie Hearthfire Hobgoblin ) and you can make a little threat immense.

I played some guy who used this with Cosmic Larva. My life total reached zero pretty fast.

This card is just great. For one mana +3/+0 and haste? + flashback for 2R its really helpfull in red decks.
Reckless Charge + Fists of Anvil + Spark Elemental and for 4 mana u deal 10 trample damage. Then you cast Fling and deal additional 10 damage. Great
I'm big on this card because of the recursion as well. In a deck that burns itself out it's nice to have this come back when you need those extra couple damage.

Bull Rush is compared to this because of its surprise power. Think:
You're attacking with a 3/3 and a 1/1, and your opponent has a 0/8 to block with.
He blocks the 3/3, right? Then you use this on your 1/1, and you deal the 3 damage anyway.
I'm not saying that Bull Rush is all that good, but not that bad.
Ah, Reckless Charge! Incredible card, without being broken. The massive power-boost in and of itself for just is a decent effect accessible to Mono-Red. Adding haste makes it go from decent to great, allowing you to take your opponent by surprise with a very large, hasted creature. But when we add the ability to do it again for a reasonable , it goes from great to awesome.
I would love to see this reprinted so that it can be used in Modern.

T1: Mountain, Simian Spirit Guide, Pyretic Ritual, Kiln Fiend, Rite of Flame, Assault Strobe, Reckless Charge
for 26 damage on turn 1 instead.
