Combos with Dross Scorpion, an Everflowing Chalice that taps for 3, two Corpse Curs, and an Ashnod's Altar. Then again, it doesn't really do anything that great. Sure, it's good if you've got infinite mana and infinite artifact untaps, but it's a 6 card combo for infinite mana, infinite artifact creature rotations, infinite draw, and infinite artifact untaps. The card itself isn't really good, only using amazing cards like Ashnod's Altar and Dross Scorpion and Everflowing Chalice really make it practical. It's usage of charge counter's is good with things like Power Conduit and Coretapper, as well as other charge counter things, at least.

Or, if you actually wanna use the card in your combo, use 2x Myr Retriever and Heartless Summoning/Krark-Clan Ironworks for infinite counters, then... draw a bunch of cards? Or, get infinite counters, then Dismantle it and put the counters on a Darksteel Reactor/Heliophial.
This thing really shines in multiplayer formats, particularly in colors that don't get much draw. I use this in Jor Kadeen, the Prevailer EDH.
