I would like to see white having an inner conflict between a huge support for different colors of mana (a white Utopia Sprawl) to symbol tolerance, but also making it hard to stay purely white (to symbol innocence).
For this card: At least someone listened to me and reduced the casting cost for the Glorious Anthem. But still, I would have made the doubled version instead to disguise the changes to Crusade a bit. Therefore my votes are for a cmc4 version with a permanent +2/+2 effect.... this would make the card truly worth being a rare card. This one is half-uncommon since it's a support card, not a win card.
P.S: Or maybe a version with "As long as ..." and a restriction against multicolor and non-white creatures. Maybe even an artifact creature restriction and against hybrid as well. Would be wonderful to see a white player, if he gets a black Sleeper Agent and the result in the white society. To reduce the impact, white should get the blue cards for a permanental color change (similar to Purelace).

It's not like bad moon because bad moon affects all black creatures, this just affects white creatures you control. Bad Moon is like Crusade, in that regard.

@shinhawk: Actually, Crusade is a white version of bad moon. Honor of the Pure only gives bonuses to creatures you control, as opposed to Bad Moon giving a bonus to all black creatures, which makes this one a bit better.
Dang... If it cost WW instead of 1W, it might have made it in my Springjack Shepherd token deck. And I don't want to run Crusade, because my opponents get the bonus as well. Well, I guess I'm going to have to stick with Glorious Anthem and Martial's Anthem.
I'm just glad that Wizards gives white a large card selection when choosing the type of pump for your deck :)
