I want to make a colorless deck that abuses this to the fullest degree.

That, my friends, is spaghettification. Google it: it's a real phenomenon. (Actually, both spaghettification and singularities. Though you could argue that singularities are purely mathematical curiosities, as they're never naked in nature and thus haven't been directly observed. But the math says they're there, at least.)

Warning: Coconuts in the world of MTG may sometimes contain naked singularities.

Five color EDH fun?

I want to pair this up with Hex Parasite, to make it a cumulative upkeep of 4+2 life. Seems pretty doable, especially in a colorless deck with Cloudpost + Urzatron based ramp.

Stardate 0. Mission Log, First Entry. I think. Or last. I'm not sure if it makes a difference anymore, wherever or whenever I am now. On refection, I probably shouldn't have opened that coconut labelled 'Merry Christmas! -Your Dear Friend Khan' He knows I don't like coconuts. At least I have this random throwaway crew member to keep me company. Thank God it's a female!

I always found this one fun to have in my Elf deck. Gaia's Cradle, Priest of Titanias, and Elven Archdruids all keep me with green mana as my Forests produce Black, and the Skyshroud Elves gave me the Red and White I needed easily. Yes, Casual Play deck for local use.

I was playing Magic with Nature the other day.
I dropped this card and it just conceded. It can't stand it.

I love this thing! It confuses your opponent so much some concede right away.

Unique concept, great art, and maybe even playable in an extremely convoluted control deck which includes enough ramp to handle the cumulative upkeep. Maybe.

Actually, with Urzatron + Cloudpost engine, this seems like possible sideboard material to really screw over mono colored decks. Also avoids removal, as it's even difficult to Naturalize.

So I give it a 3.5/5, mostly just for concept.

If you have mana, this can be a 3 turn silence. Combine with some board position and seal the win.

The fires of the Darksteel Forge have been lit. The ticking of the Unwinding Clock keeps my mechanical empire from stagnating. The radiance of Akroma's Memorial ensures the militaristic dominance of my metallic legions. The effects of the Eon Hub permeate across the land. The devastation as a result of All Is Dust has wiped out all resistance.

With all of this, I am finally ready to utilize the reality-warping power of the Naked Singularity without fear of retaliation, and with it, my grand plan for Multiversal domination will be realized.

The Plains will shoot skyward and become towering mountains. The Islands will rapidly overgrow and become vast forests. The Swamps will be suddenly leveled and become sprawling plains. The Mountains will be swiftly flooded and become desolate islands. The Forests will gradually decay and become fetid swamps.

From this endless chaos, my empire will stand unchallenged. With all of the Multiverse's mana irreversibly distorted, all sentient life, Planeswalker or otherwise, will be powerless to prevent their demise at the hands of my unstoppable iron-clad army. All that exists will become my kingdom, and I will become the unquestioned sovereign of reality itself!

Good for sideboarding in case you play a mono-anything deck.
Just imagine it. A few turns in, you can just be like, "you wanna keep playin'? lolznope."

I can think of at least one thing wrong with this card name.

If you run the Basalt Monolith/Power Artifact combo, paying the upkeep cost becomes trivial.



In an artifact deck, this can be fun as hell.
