Looks like a lot of power for a low mana cost. How about a turn 5 or 6 game finisher with Bloodchief Ascension? Activate the ascension on turn 4 or 5 using Lightning Bolts, Hideous Ends, and Blightning, then drop the Impending Disaster. The disaster will likely deal 10 or 12 damage, and by turn 5 or 6, it is not unreasonable to think that your creature rush and burn will have dealt 8 or 10 damage.

Right before copying any Epic spell a couple times, I think.

@Kryptnyt: It gets better when you take a closer look at the art. Namely, what the goblin's actually doing instead of keeping the mana rig (reasonably) intact.

Am I right in thinking you could play crack lands (and 2 normal lands), then use them in response to this enchant triggering? So while your opponent loses all his lands, you wind up with ~2+the one you are playing this turn.

Flavor Text like this is the best. Also I want to put this in an EDH deck
