Use her, the breezecaller, and azorius chancery and a bit of land acceleration. That could be the shell of a deck. Although... perhaps not. Worth trying though.

A little narrow to be able to build around, but she can end up being pretty usable if you do. Not sure it would be worth it though, unless you wanted to break Master Transmuter even further.

Words of Wind and Azorius Æthermage in multi-player. Try to draw a card, pay 1, all players bounce a card back to their hand, pay 2, all players bounce a card back to their hand, and continue.
You can also use her in W/U Ninjas to draw each time you use their ability.
If younare building a deck that bounces your own cards, this is a perfect addition. Should be rated at least 3.5.... It really only has a place in that type of a deck so her usefulness is limited. Some of the worst art I've ever seen on a card.... This Azorius Aether,age must be an 85 year old grandma mage with saggy boobs...
