Terror, Doom Blade and Go for the Throat don't kill Stuffy Doll. This spell does kill Stuffy Doll. However like Alqatrkapa says, Disfigure outclasses this spell in most situations. That is, unless you can derive some benefit from it being an enchantment, like with Mesa Enchantress or Verduran Enchantress.

I think of it less as an instant like Disfigure or Dismember, but as a way of neutralizing a threat without killing it, like Pacisfism. Some times, you just don't want to kill their stuff, and this may be one of those times.
