Nice card, suits the theme of the guild and can be activated to continuously drain your opponent's hand while fueling your graveyard for Threshold, reanimation, Madness, and of course, Hellbent. Given that it's not legendary, you can use it multiple times provided you have ample mana supply. It could be a great lockdown once you have your board control.

By far the best of the Ravnica utility lands in eternal EDH. By comparison, the others aren't even playable. Activate this, pitching Bloodghast, Vengeful Pharaoh, Golgari Grave-Troll any and all reanimate targets, flashback cards and assorted other. Oh, did I make everyone discard? Sorry, just trying to get my deck going.
Anyone else find it weird how (much like the Mirrodin artifact lands) this card and the others from the cycle represent a unique place, but aren't Legendary?

I also find this to be the best in its cycle. My next favorite is Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion. After that, none of them are really good, while the worst are clearly Nivix, Aerie of the Firemind and Duskmantle, House of Shadow; they really don't do anything.
In general, the rare cycle of lands from Innistrad block (with such powerhouses as Gavony Township and Alchemist's Refuge) is far superior to the Ravnica lands.
