Does this mean you can't play Spellbook?

@mrd8888: You can if you're running Tempered Steel, Master of Etherium, Gaea's Anthem or some similar effect.

Note that this goes for your artifact lands as well.

Even so, I like him. My Glissa, the Traitor Commander deck doesn't have many cards that he'd neuter (only 5 I think), so it'd be fun to play Vanguard Commander.

Interesting rendition of Karn. He's definitely intended for an artifact deck. Sadly, good artifact decks actually like 0 cmc noncreature artifacts a fair bit, so I don't think he's a viable option for the best kind of decks. But still, it's a pretty solid card in its own right.

And we're still waiting for Karn, Planeswalker, Wizards.

@Dreampanda: Ah, finally. Goody goody. =)

You can play Spellbook, but you must have Master of Etherium.

Gleemax and TINKER. Full of zero-costing Mox Sapphires. There is no reason you cannot make a deck like this. ^_^

Oh and don't forget Fist of Suns and Channel the Suns. Then fill your deck with every Artifact card > 10 CMC (Don't forget Darksteel Forge!)

Because Darksteel Moxen, yeah, that's something people should have. Not. -_-

(Pretty sure you can sac the Moxen in response to the state-based trigger. If not...well just tell Urza to do it for you, he is my go-to Ignore the Rulebook Man. ;D )
