Meh, id probably find a use for two of em in an artifact deck, i use regenerators for blocking most of the time. may have a horrible toughness, but it would deal four combat damage in the process, now if only it could fly. :::p

This creature is potentially a limited threat, as it can regenerate to compensate for its lack of toughness. Having 4 repeatable damage isn't a terrible asset to have in the mid to late game, though at he is a bit pricey. All in all not as terrible as some of the others in his cycle.
