I really love this card. White decks tend to run a lot of cheap, efficient creatures, this provides an efficient mana-sink late game, and can easily overrun opponents. I personally use this in my Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite EDH deck, and it is a beast there. It can really push your white aggro over the late-game hurdles it faces.
