I do feel that tapping a bunch of your dudes and killing a dude or a bunch of dudes like that really does give you this image of working together and beating something tactically. Good flavor in terms of tying the mechanics to it.

Man, the Setessans really hate giant stone people.

so this is the only green card standard worthy we get? thats disappointing.
I guess the automatic comparison is Prey Upon. This is double the cost and requires you to tap your creature. It is however instant speed which helps you mitigate that cost. It can also hit multiple creatures, scaling into a board wipe. The +1/+1 isn't much, but should let you trade up in the early game. My verdict? These are totally different cards and will probably see play into different types of decks. Prey Upon is better removal, but this will see play in slower decks.

Stab it in the neck with the pointy bit of your sword.

I for one think is this Green Gold! Everyone knows the power of Prey Upon! Cheap Green removal is a beautiful thing to see, now make a version that allows me to prey upon two, three (Or in my treefolk deck which has more land and mana then sense) ALL THE CREATURES. So after a horrible mass murder (Speaking of which, in the right deck, this kills two creatures for the same cost as Murder!) I'll be able to launch a powerful attack! Or maybe I could just find way to untap all my creatures and finish it there. This can be game ender, a game change, for that CMC you can't argue with the results.
The +1/+1 is just gravy on these buttery biscuits of goodness~
6/5, would run eight, will settle for 4

I think your lacking some imagination when it comes to the possibility of this card. Prey Upon is better for a single target, but that's not what this card about. Casting without striving is a waste of this card completely. It's one of the few ways mono-green can do removal on larger scale, for a very low cost. If you pay four, or the same of the Wrath of God, you should be able to remove there three best creatures. Four Mana is a small price to pay for turning the tide of the battle.
Oh, and there the fact it triggers heroic ability but honestly the cards don't seem like the most impressive.
Does anyone remember Hornet Sting? one green mana, instant speed, for one damage to creature or player? That card has a rating of 3, because direct creature removal like this is so very rare in green, Lands, artifacts, enchantments (And often planeswalkers) all can be dealt with but with cards like these that really give green an extra touch.
I'm making this post because I really, really, really think this is a five star card. This card is amazing. This card can also work in a fast deck, I don't see why anyone think this card is slow by any means.

finally, a plague wind in green (assuming you have big creatures, which is the point of green).

It's instant speed, so you can cast it after blocking or during your opponent's end step.

Combines well with...
Well, the entire Theros Block, really.

Friggin house! Funnily enough the one time I pulled it in my prerelease deck I was actually just using it to save a creature by giving it +1/+1 and I didn't even fight anything with it. XD

easy 5 stars card - removal will see constructed play.
Heroic trigger plus fight = 2 for 1... unlike things like Fall of the Hammer, or other Fight effects, you don't pick the target for fighting until after the spell resolves, so they sac a creature before you fight with Deathtouch.

I can't help but feel some of the artists for Theros had some Attack on Titan inspiration...

This card is a lot of fun in commander... Target every threat on the board with it, and sit back and watch as everyone around the table throws their big thing at the next guy's big thing. I like to call it "Setessan Street Brawl", haha.

Does this card give a second attack? I'm really confused on how it works.
