Very few. He can delay Vraska with Into the Roil, Memory Lapse, Remand, and Riftwing Cloudskate, or beat her down directly with AEther Figment. But Vraska's +1 and -3 can both kill the Figment, and bouncing her will just reset her loyalty for more -3 uses. It seems that the best that Jace can do is either try to mill Vraska out of her library, or lose his creatures beating her down. It's not a pretty picture.

Meanwhile, Vraska's deck has a slew of answers for Jace, Architect of Thought. Corpse Traders, Hypnotic Cloud, and Slate Street Ruffian can all force Jace to be discarded before he can hit the table, and if he does, Shadow Alley Denizen, Rogue's Passage, and River Boa can all beat him down with unblockable damage.
Alternatively, the Shambler here and Vraska's -3 can just kill Jace directly, no questions asked.
