Not a big fan of these lands. play it, wait a turn, fetch a real land. Oh and choose between these 2 lands. Terramorphic Expanse or Evolving Wilds are substantially better. Well, on second thought, the fact that the fetched land comes out untapped makes up for the fact that Flood Plain comes out tapped, and the fact that it can fetch a dual land instead of any of the 5 basic lands kind of offsets that negative. Still, think it is not the best land, but better than Barren Moor. Finally, this deck has no dual lands so I still think one could do better. 4/5

I hope this cycle gets reprinted completely in the Duel Decks series. I'm getting tired of Cycling Lands tbh. They're good for budget building, and if you are playing with Fetches, you want to use more than just 4 Terramorphics probably.

I honestly prefer these to Terramorphic Expanse. Sure you get to use TE as soon as you play it, but then you don't get to use the land you searched for. I'd rather pay the cost (of the land coming into play tapped) early, then pushing it off until later.

These are only worth playing if you fetch a Dual land. Otherwise, run Terramorphic Expanse.

HOW DE DOO?
Hallowed Fountain, Steam Vents, and Sacred Foundry in Numot, the Devastator. Which is why Flood Plain and Scalding Tarn. I'd also have Flooded Strand and Arid Mesa, but this cycle fits my needs at the present time.
Watery Grave, Steam Vents, and Blood Crypt in Crosis, the Purger, which is why Bad River and Scalding Tarn. I'd have Polluted Delta and Bloodstained Mire, but they cost a bundle at the moment.
