I'm not so crazy about little miss preggers here, think I'll pass for any one of the actually good angels they printed.

Six mana for four power and toughness? You got to be kidding me. The difference of the powers between cards of different rarities are just insane. Common cards like these are barely playable. If it would be mythic, it would be 7/7 and put a dozen tokens into play, and probably got lifelink and shroud too. Even with the flicker effects in the set, it's not good enough for any constructed format.

majinara: first of all, wizards has printed hexproof over shroud lately. Second of all, if they printed any of the mythics as commons, it would break limited.

Terribly overcosted, even for the additional 1/1 and flying. For the same CMC, you could get a Wolfir Silverheart or a Pathbreaker Wurm. Still, an evasive attacker and a chump blocker are passable limited fodder.

Decent at prerelease, especially with ways to flicker her. I got a foily one, so I figured what the heck and tossed it in. But just too dang expensive. I can't see myself using her in anything but a sealed or draft game.

The people panning this card have not been to prereleases, clearly. The format is so slow that this can be played Reliably, and it's flying and decent power, plus the Cloudshift-abusable ETB effect makes it a solid pick in limited.

Compared to other 6-cost commons, this is underwhelming, but not by much. I would think that would be fair at common for a 3/3 flyer and a dude. 2/5.

They could ahve at least made it a 4/4 that put 2 tokens into play. Then it would be usable, if not good.

@Trygon_Predator The difference between Voice of the Provinces and the two creatures you compared her to (Wolfir Silverheart and Pathbreaker) is that those two creatures are green. Green's specialty is creatures: specifically, large creatures. What green gets for 6 mana that white doesn't is bigger creatures; what white gets that green doesn't is more creatures.
In my opinion, a good card. Could be better, but it's fitting in the set/block.

Sorry, Narco, even at the pre-release it wasn't that great. I pulled it out of my deck after it was just sitting in my hand doing nothing. This and Seraph of Dawn will just bounce off each other and the lifelink means the Seraph comes off better at less, even if the 1/1 token isn't blocked.
As for flickering, the only way you're getting good use out of that is if you're also running something like Goldnight Commander where you just want as many creatures as possible hitting the battlefield. Personally, I was flickering Fervent Cathar instead.

Voice of the Provinces
Creature - Angel, Mythic Rare Lifelink When Voice of the Provinces enters the battlefield, put six 1/1 white human creature tokens on the battlefield. Human creatures you control have lifelink. 6/6 --- Yeah... This is how it would be if it were a mythic rare. While common cards tend to have power and toughness equal to or less to the card's converted mana cost, mythic rares can have twice as much power as their converted mana cost with lifelink slapped on for added brokenness.

I agree this card isn't good. Its over-costed by at least {1}, possibly {2}.
However, I do not agree with everyone comparing this to a Mythic Rare. It is a common. Compare it to other commons or if you're feeling particularly frisky uncommons at least. Its unfair to compare any common to a Rare or Mythic Rare in terms of power. It doesn't have to be a Mythic Rare to be playable.

Okay now THIS is my least favorite angel I used to think Archangel was lame but this...this makes archangel look good it would be playable if it maybe costed 2 w w but no this mana would be better spent on a gold night redeemer

I wouldn't call it a good card, but it's far from terrible. Art is decent, ability can at least be useful, but costs way too much. would have worked perfectly fine Wizards.

She looks bad, but a first glance can be deceiving.
In her set she is actually pretty strong when you play her with creatures like the goldnight commander. Additionally she has flying and a very unexciting but still reasonable body. Certainly not a bad card.
I can understand why people dislike it, since we have been spoiled with several token producers that are vastly superior(Cloudgoat Ranger, Patagia Viper...). Still, consider those cards as just very good and poweful cards, and this one as less but still fairly powerful.

Did anyone notice she's practically wearing a superhero costume? Try Imagining her without the wings.

This one has great art and a pretty powerful theme. She's a voice from heaven that calls the people to action for what is righteous as she guides them from overhead into battle. She's confident and looks as though she's telling the viewer, "Avacyn's returned. Now is our time to take back Innistrad. Are you ready?"
Unfortunately, she really isn't that good at all. It would take at least 2 tokens to make her decent. Even if you're concidering flickering her in and out of the field, there are so many better "enter the battlefield" effects on other creatures recently. One human token for basically doesn't impress me. Flash would help, but if it was an activated ability like ": put a 1/1 white Human creature token onto the battlefield" then she'd be looking right.

The thing about this card that I enjoy is the fact that she isn't abusable but relatively on the curve with Cathar's Crusade, the card she is essentially meant to play. Imagine when its out. you have not only a 5/5 flying body for 6 but also a 2/2 body on the ground. not to mention whatever is also in play at that point too. Not to mention other Wheenie-based enchantments that is still in standard or if you guys are looking ahead Return to Ravnica's Slenseya's global populate mechanics and boost, this card becomes relatively more worth wild than people think
