Very very annoying card. With unearth, it can't be countered. ALthough the promo art is much better than this.

I hate going up against this card, but it's a good one. It feels overcosted, but you can do it TWICE! Still prefer Hell's Thunder, though.

Sweet. So I can now do a turn one Jackal Pup, turn 2 this, attack for 5, turn 3 unearth this and cast Spark Elemental and then attack for 8? Cool.

I have mixed feeling about this card in legacy environment. Yes, you can use it TWICE . . but when would you have time to use it? If only unearth cost or its actual cmc was one . . but then again that would make this card insanely good. By insanely good, I mean it would break the game and have more influence than Tarmogoyf, Hymn to Tourach, and Sinkhole combined.

Turns Brute Force into a Ball Lightning third turn...
@GengilOrbios...it doesn't do 6 damage for 4 mana (which is still pretty good anyway), it does 6 damage for 2 mana over two turns. And not counting trample, you're playing red, so you've got lightning bolt and company to get rid of chump blockers.
It would be an eternal member of my RDW if I ever played red (aggro isn't really my thing).
Ahhh...delamorte. You remind me of a Limp Bizkit song. "Keep trollin' trollin' trollin'" Good card is good. Only downside is its less valuable late game. But how many aggro two drops are good late game? Just pitch it to Chandra Ablaze then Unearth it.

Great card, love it in Legacy burn. The only problem is that he's not the best top deck in the midgame, I love drawing one in my opening hand so I can put him in my graveyard early on but drawing one with a full board is a pain. Still a great card though, a possible 6 damage or some combination of 3 damage and the red equivalent of an edict out of one card is a lot of value.
