This guy is the only splicer whose added bonus stacks. Playing a second Wing Splicer isn't bad, since you're getting another 3/3 flyer thrown in, but multiple Master Splicers will both give their +1/+1 (rather than the dreaded double-flying.) Consider hitting this guy with Rite of Replication, for instance.
