Great card. The real question is, is it a spell? The other artifact lands aren't, but this one doesn't say anything about no being a spell. Just need to know for those counter target spell things.

Like this because it allows me not to be immediately killed in legacy by a wasteland.

Man, oh man. Such a good land. I need these to boost up my Myr deck.

*Still crying that my artifact deck is not allowed in Mirrodin Block* TT-TT meh, this was my favorite too.... the only thing I dislike is it being the ONLY artifact land not to be in the background of any other land.

I'm Commander Shepard and this is my favorite land on the Citadel.

I'm glad it's not banned in Modern. Aside from some use in Affinity decks (which have a hard time without most of their broken manabase though), this indestructible land can be of use for some little combos: Just (try to) make it go boom with Ghost Quarter...or Boom :D
This card is stupidly good, and would have been *amazing* during LD's heyday... This is one of my favorite lands. I use them in all kinds of decks- not just artifact-centric ones. Indestructible lands are amazing.
A land with shroud and is indestructible and produces 4 mana when tapped for mana? I say bring it on!

Currently the only non-banned artifact land in Modern, and that's honestly how it should be. If this was the only land in the cycle printed then artifact lands would've been a cool and helpful concept rather than the affinity-enabling monstrosities that they were.

What was that Strip Mine? I'm sorry I couldn't hear you over my INDESTRUCTIBILITY!
And the honorable mention for cycle-dom: Darksteel Citadel <-- You are here.

Sorry people I'm sorta new and this confuses me. Does that mean that tapping it can give me any land type I want or can I only use it to pay the colorless cost of my spells?

Ah, two among the many epic lines that will get any of us bouncing with lascivious lust:
"indestructible" paired with "add mana"

You could Hydroform it to create an indestructible creature... until the end of the turn.

@ WeihGuy: Before anyone is unecessesarily a dick to you, let me answer that question with, yes, it only pays the colorless cost. However, Manaforge Cinder never cared about that...

Affinity and Artifact Lands coexisting wasn't a ''tragic miscalculation'', it was probably the single worst idea of WOTC in comparison to all the other ideas they've ever had.
"Let's print 5 new 0-cost colored non-legendary Sol Rings. That sounds like a good idea."
This is still a Sol Ring Reprint on its own.
I can understand other mistakes of Development as really not having the experience or the knowledge they needed to foresee them-- but this one, they should have been able to stop, lol.

i love how mirrodin/new phyrexia considers artifacts a color as it should be but i guess that would make no sense since it not about spells and magic but more about technology, advancement and progress

Sol Ring reprint?! Not even close. This does not ramp, except for a few cards from a single block.
And even though people cite affinity as the broken thing about these lands, from what I saw in play, it was more about them being fodder for Arcbound Ravager and his buddy Disciple of the Vault. Sure, the extra Frogmite in the mix helped, and Thoughtcast was nice, but it was the dynamic duo there that ended games on turn 3.

Oh. Bugger.
Perhaps this was to be a non-land artifact?

I don't think his ultimate cares much. But it goes great with his -1 ability.

Great card, though.
