R&D please stop the stupidness with color differences in P/T ratings for creatures. EVERY color has creatures and NO color should have better/weaker ones. So if green has a 3/3 for cmc3, any other color should get the same stats as well.
If you want green to be focused more on creatures than on control, the green player should get shroud to force opponents to win with creatures instead and in addition, green should get other boni focused on creatures.

Eh. Good flavor, as she is obviously a subject of Baron Sengir, fills in a slot in the vampire-themed 2011 preconstructed deck, late pick in draft, or mid pick if you grab the Vampire Lord. She's not great, but she fills her roles in the set.
Edit: No, Cheza. Just no. The power/toughness for CMC differences between the colors is part of what makes the colors different, and keeping the colors different keeps Magic fun. Green is the only color that should get a 3/3 vanilla for CMC 3. 3/2 is what black gets for CMC 3, and that's how it should be.
As I said, she's not great, but she fills her roles in the set.

On constructed: No. It'll simply never make it. Don't waste your time complaining.
On limited: Black has probably the highest percentage of playable commons in M11 (along with red and white), and this card is no exception. A 3/2 for three is an incredible deal. Overlook the fact that it dies to grizzly bears for a second and observe how well this card races opponents.
Miscellaneous: I think that the reason behind people's frustrations with this card is that vanilla vampires make a lot less sense than vanilla zombies; vamps can suck blood and should have something flavorful to represent that, whereas zombies blindly whack their opponents (and sometimes eat brains).

Not a bad card, and not too hard to wedge into a multicolor deck since it's 2B, but I'd much rather take one of the other 3cmc Vamps.

Wow... There are no vanilla 3/3 three costs that aren't green. There are a few artifact creatures, that are strictly better, ignoring types...
