I really want to play this on the same turn as identity crisis

Is it silly? yes are there better ways of wrathing someone? yes is it totally awesome to see 13 mana worth of spells go off on the same turn? hell yes!

Reasonably epic except that you would defintley lose some amount of creatures to having to discard. Must be some sort of combo here, like ghost way or something.. except that a 7 mana card would be to mana intensive.. hmm..

How about in a deck with no creatures Blue + Black... Add in a Megrim plus a Mind Funeral during Bloodchief Ascension equals win...

Arsenal Thresher does love it! A great way to reset the board, annihilate token decks, and set everybody up for discard burn through Megrim, however you must run Reliquary Tower or Spellbook so you may continue to cast things at your own pace. Also gives level-up creatures and any creatures that build counters a kick in the stones.
This belongs in an artifact deck, and that deck needs creatures with insane come-into-play abilities. :)

Its cool, but for this much mana, it oughta be instant.

Yeah, if not for Reflecting Pools and Vivid lands making UUBBBRR look like nothing, this might have inspired some interesting decks... instead of, you know, "why don't I just splash red for Cruel Ultimatum?"

At least the effect is interesting. Should be rated higher for its niche, I reckon.

The bouncing from the graveyard can backfire, but that would be the case if you weren't playing this in the proper deck.

Nearly every card has its place. This is a combination of Empty the Catacombs and, more obviously, Evacuation. Add the costs together, and this costs 2 less than playing those two. Not only that, this takes up at least one card slot.

But yes, Liliana's Caress/Megrim + this = pretty ugly business. Throw in Jin-Gitaxias, and the once cooked goose is now a burnt piece of rubble.

It's just about time for some stupid effect like, "this card can't be returned to its players' hand" to pop up. I wouldn't be surprised if one of the new Return to Ravnica guilds' ability is that. Maybe Simic (but let's hope not)
