Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is basically a Cruel Edict with a benefit for Goblin players? Interesting. Definitely a good card in a goblin deck.

yes, basically. I use it to target myself and I sac a mogg war marshal and I get four goblins out for four mana, or two if you have a frogtosser banneret

My fourth random card of the day...

Very nice card. It's essentially "Choose 1 - Target player sacrifices a creature, or sacrifice a goblin and put down 1/1 black goblin rogue tokens with haste."

Thus, it's one of the most useful goblin utilities black has.

Funny, one time I was playing against a monoblack goblin deck, they killed my Chameleon Colossus with it but I got some goblins :)

It's basically a diabolic edict without instant speed. yet i give away the speed (despite the disadvantage against sneak attack)for the chance of goblin ringleadering onto this, tutoring it with goblin matron, dropping it over a mogg war marshal, just very useful...

I will splash black in my red goblins for 4 of this and 1 Mad auntie

When playing with most goblin cards (such as Tuktuk the Explorer, Mudbutton Torchrunner, Boggart Birth Rite, Wort, Boggart Auntie, Quest for the Goblin Lord, etc) this can be one of the best cards in your deck because of its unmatched versatility, synergy, and recursion.
