Each player must draw an aditional card. Much goodness with the parasite, my draw pain deck can win in 4 rounds with this card.

Have to watch it with this one, hurts you as well. Need some way to stay ahead in the life race or you are just as dead. Parasites are nice to do that with, but they are pretty easy to pick and poke to death...you are going to need some more insurance. Throw in some serious life draining or addition damage or you are just as dead as your opponent. Has to be part of a greater plan.

You can use this as a dredge engine, and avoid taking the damage.
Do we really need the "additional" word in the first ability? I assume it's written for clarify, but I don't think a great amount of players would have read it and said "Yes, players do draw cards then," ignoring the effect.

If you have 2 or more Spiteful Visions in play, does that mean that each player one extra card per each Spiteful Visions in play and then takes 1 damage per each Spiteful Visions in play?
or do you only draw 1 extra card even if more than one copy of Spiteful Visions is on the battlefield?

As red burn, your 2 main wories are running out of cards and giving your opponent the last points of damage. This solves BOTH problems, simply exceptional.If you're afraid of the damage to yourself, you're not using this in the right deck, this has red burn written all over it, or possibly black life draining spells.

Yeah.. you do kill yourself a good bit of the time :). Bloodgift demon is ok with this build as you can get cards for yourself while building up or you can hit the opponent for an extra 3-5 by giving them a card in a hand already overflowing with cards.
