Not a bad card for mutiplayer free for all games. As you can enchant a "friend's" artifact/enchantment to gain the life each turn, then if he/she turns on you, you can make them pay with the lost of their artifact/enchantment.

I think it would be fun to use some aura-moving shenanigans to have two of these enchanting each other.
Not useful. Just fun.

Haha I love multiplayer politics. Imagine this on a Platinum Angel

Is that the same "Funky Chicken Decorative Plate" that's on Disenchant?
It's not as good as it seems. For enchantments or artifacts with activated abilities, sure, you can get rid of it, but it gives the opponent an extra turn to use the ability. Sometimes one extra turn of a Luminarch Ascension is not a good thing. Still, in many instances it would be fine.

Lots of fun in multiplayer, if you like to mess with people's heads by attaching this to something they need. Also a good idea to have a few other artifacts/ enchantments in the deck, in case you have no opponents with either. An extra 2 life a turn is better than nothing.
When I was looking for Time Spiral Standard destroy artifact or enchantment, I looked at this card.
In casual (actually in general) I don't believe in sideboards, a deck should try and deal with any thread that it needs to, although it's not a realistic thing for me to impose on other players, I do it myself.
Yes it weakens my decks, oh well.
Anyway, my favorite deck is a Time Spiral Standard Fungus deck, I was looking for some artifact and )more for) enchantment destruction, there are so many enchantments that deal with my fungal friends, I knew I needed something to deal with them. (I also use Putrefy so I need less artifact killins)
Since I don't like sideboards, I definitely checked this out, I wanted something that (in order of what I really wanted, since all of these aren't likely to be on a card)
HAD to be in Time Spiral Standard, I believe in playing standard sets against your friends, using all cards is just no fun when they play standard.
1 I wanted it to kill Enchantments (Y) 2 I wanted a cheap cost, 4 was the MAX and 2 was preferred, 1 was unlikely (Y) 3 I wanted an instant (N) 4 I wanted some other effects, even small, so I can use it more often when I draw it.
I gave this a go, but I soon learned, it is a very very bad card for most decks.
I tried quite a few, I used Creeping Mold but the Sorcery was killer, and so was the 4 mana, it's extra effect I wanted was just useless for me most of the time (killing lands).
I looked at Molder, but my deck is based on low costing creatures, and bombish enchantments, 6 is the highest cost, and usually the max I'd get to when I needed to play it, it was too expensive.
I was using Sundering Vitae the biggest time I used it was against Spreading Seas and the convoke was helpful, but most times, I just paid 3 mana, making it a bad Naturalize.
Currently I use Krosan Grip this one I am quite pleased with, its Split Second means I will almost always kill what I need to, and usually in my fungus deck, I NEED TO (or I will lose).
I am looking at Seal of Primordium as a replacement, since I don't like the feel of Krosan Grip (and this is my baby deck, I picked each basic land for it based on art), its cheaper and hard to counter, although slower overall and can be worked around.
Anyway, back to this card, it was one of the first, and man, it is NOT good, let me tell you whats what (in my opinions)
Cost is good, 2 is nice, no complaints there. 2 life is small, and nearly worthless, but nice, I have another ability to use (and remember no sideboards for me, dead draws are bad) What kills it?
Its like super sorcery speed, its KILLER. You play it during your turn (least in my deck) and then wait a turn, and then you may kill it...
Ya know what would make this card so much better? During your upkeep, you may gain two life. Sac Quiet Disrepair, destroy enchanted permanent.
If you didn't have to wait an extra turn, I could see it being much better, but as it is, not many decks will enjoy the life gain, and the slow speed is just horrible.

IceFang if you are so insistent on Time Spiral Standard, then why do you not recognize that this card's slowness is supposed to be a feature, not a flaw?
They designed cards in an attempt to give you the feeling of controlling Time- you cast a Suspend spell by flinging it forward in time, the Future; Split Second is the most instant it gets- the Present Moment. Flashback I think may have been brought back to bring spells back from the Past. And of course the Timeshifted and Planeshifted cards show how time and space are getting all muddly.
I understand that in many situations, the slowness of the card is a really bad thing. I won't be taking it to a tough competition any time soon. But I like that, unlike old cards that are 'just' bad because the Designers didn't know what they were doing (Legends...-.-), this one at least has a valid explanation for the delayed action- it exists in Slow Time, one of the wierd things that happens on Dominaria with the Rifts messing up logic. This isn't a card for any pyschograph except Vorthos.

This card seems to get mixed feelings because of its lack of speed. I can understand that, but what makes it stand out to me is that not only is it a permanent but an enchantment as well. Unlike a lot of instants or sorceries that are only used once and discarded, this can be returned from the graveyard through cards like Auramancer, Dowsing Shaman or Nature's Spiral. Being an enchantment aura allows for synergy with cards such as Mesa Enchantress, Kor Spiritdancer, Celestial Ancient and Totem-guide Hartebeest to name only a few. Also, the life gain has its uses when considering things like Searing Meditation or Ajani's Pridemate and surpasses other options (Ajani's Mantra). What I'm saying is, if you're just looking for removal you should probably look elsewhere, but if you're using a deck that is able to make use of this card's type and/or life gain option, then the bonuses it can offer in terms of synergy can far outweigh its slowness.
