Well, the downside is that it's legendary.

A basic forest that can save your 1/1 creature or buff him up for some early damage.... what's not to like? Throw in great art and you've got a great card.

Not ALWAYS better than a Forest, since it doesn't have the Forest land type, which is very important for a lot of green cards. Still, definitely worth running in any elf or saproling deck. Probably the best out of this cycle.

This is a great card. I think it's always important to throw in some mana-producing non-basic lands to help guard against any potential damage done by color hoser cards (like Acid Raid in this case). Any land that produces colored mana and does NOT enter play tapped is good. For green decks, this is almost an automatic throw-in if you have it. 4.5/5

If you copy Pendelhaven with Vesuva, then they both would go to the graveyard due to the legend rule.

I have a question about the card Pendelhaven. Pendelhaven is a legendary land that says you can tap to add a green mana to your mana pool. under this it says tap and target 1/1 creature gets +1/+2 untill end of turn. I was just wondering if this means that when you tap it you can do both of these or do you have to pick one? It does not say either or, or pick one, or anything like that.

Yep. One Pendelhaven is strictly better than one Forest. I dont see why any green deck using Llanowar Elves, for instance, wouldn't use one of these. I have one in my Troll Shroud Weenie deck and it makes my Slippery Bogles and Shilana Ledgewalkers more annoying. Very solid card. 4.5/5.

Hey, that's a nice land you got there, I think I will vesuva it so I can have one too...
Edit: That's the point >.> Vesuva is a strip mine for legend lands.

Eleves love Pendelhaven, every elf deck should run 1.
I like it better than mishra's factory 9 times outta 10.

You have to choose one of the effects. Still a great card. 5/5

At the worst, it's not worse than a Forest. At its best, it'll let you beat the crap out of someone with an Elf or Saproling or something else small and unassuming.
Bottom line: if you're playing Green and have any 1/1s in your deck you can only make it better by adding one of these in.
This isn't a forest. It can produce green mana but the land type isn't forest so you can't find this via something that searches for a forest.

Well if your running howl of the night pack, you will have 1 less 2/2 wolf token out because this is not a forest. And your dungrove elder will miss out on an extra +1/+1.
Still it is a stylish land to throw x1 copy into a deck that has llanowar elves or something.
